RMG Alloy Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has approved appointment of-1. Nilesh Javker as Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company, he is expecting to join w.e.f. 27 May 2015; and
2. Amita Karia as Woman independent director w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
