The Board of Ruchi Strips & Alloys at its meeting held on 04 August 2018 transacted the following -Subject to approval of shareholders at its ensuing AGM and other necessary approvals -
(i) alteration in Clause lll (A) i.e. Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, by substituting the existing sub-clauses by new sub-clauses relating to providing of Management and Consultancy Services inter-alia information technology, engineering and technical including other Management and Consultancy Services and also to carry on the trading business of all kinds of goods including metal & metal alloys.
(ii) to adopt new set of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
(iii) to change the name of the Company from Ruchi Strips and Alloys to IMEC Services.
