Sanmit Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following business:1. Jayesh Bhate and Sanjay Nasta have appointed as independent Director of the Company.
2. The Company following and taking appropriate legal action with Pentagon Global Solution to recover of the sale consideration for sale of the software.
3. Miten Shroff resigned as independent Director of the Company.
4. Sanjay Makhija & Kanayalal Makhija agreed to withdraw their resignation earlier as the same was not accepted by the board. Hence they are continuing as Director of the Company.
5. The open offer given by Sanjay Makhija was in the Board. Sanjay Makhija & K C Makhija are not participating in the Business activities of the Company till the completion of the open offer.
