Sasken Communication Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2015, inter alia, has taken on record the following:1. Declared payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity shares of Rs. 10 each (25%).
The dividend will be disbursed on and from 31 January 2015.
2. Dr. G. Venkatesh ceased to be a Whole Time Director and will continue in the Board as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
