Satkar Finlease announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, have considered the following resolutions:1. Approved Migration of the Company from SME Plateform of BSE to Main Board of BSE in terms of Chapter XB of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009;
2. Increasing the Borrowing Power of the Company to Rs. 75 crore;
3. Creation of security on the properties of the Company in favour of lenders.
4. Appointment of Roop Singh as additional Director of the company.
5. Appointment of M/s. Law and Legal Jurists as Internal Auditor of Company for the financial year 2015-16.
