Sayaji Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following decisions:1. The appointment of M/s. Neelesh Gupta & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2015-16.
2. Ratification of appointment of M/s. K L Vyas & Co. as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
3. New Set of Articles of Association of the Company in Compliance with Companies Act, 2013.
4. Appointment of M/s. Ritesh Gupta & Co as Scrutinizer for e-voting in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
5. Sale of Business of Barbeque - Nation Restaurant situated at Pune Hotel.
