Scan Steels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 October 2014, has approved as follows:1. Ramendra Pratap Singh has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 24 October 2014.
2. Ankur Madaan and Vinay Goyal have been appointed as the Independent directors of the Company w.e.f. 24 October 2014.
3. Manakchand Jeevraj Jain, Akhilesh Vijaychand Jain, Harsh Jain and Ajit Keshri resign from the Board w.e.f. 24 October 2014.
4. The Board has appointment Rajesh Gadodia as The Managing Director of the Company.
5. The Board takes on Record the fresh certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name from Clarus Infrastructure Realties to Scan Steels w.e.f 26 September 2014 and reviewed the name Change application made to BSE.
