At meeting held on 07 February 2015
Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 February 2015, have considered the following changes:1. Piyush R. Shah has ceased to be Marketing Director of the Company due to death with effect from 22 January 2015.
2. Bela G. Shah has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company and designated as Executive Director for a period of five years with effect from 07 February 2015.
