Shreenath Industrial Investment Company announced that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on 19 July 2016 at 07:30 P.M., wherein the following decisions were taken:1. Appointment of Harish Kanchan as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
2. To alter, subject to member's approval the main objects of the Company.
3. To shift, subject to member's approval registered office of the Company from Mumbai to Nashik.
