Shubhra Leasing Finance And Investment Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 December 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:-1. The Appointment of Pravin Bhanudas Kamble, as a Managing Director of the Company.
2. The Resignation of Nidhi Shah, from the post of Directorship.
3. The Board has discussed elaborately on the expansion of the business of the Company and reviewed the proposal of rising fund through issue of shares on private placement basis.
