2. Appointment of Ramkripal Verma as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Deepak Modi as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
4. Resignation of Anup Kailashchandra Kedia and Vishnu Kailashchandra Kedia from the Directorship of the Company.
5. Constitution of Audit Committee with the following persons as members;
a. Deepak Modi - Chairman
b. Ramkripal Verma - Member
c. Sanjay Talati - Member
