Siddarth Businesses announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2015, inter alia, the following matters were taken up for consideration and approved :1. Appointment of M/s Sudhir S. Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company till the conclusion of 36th Annual General Meeting subject to ratification at every Annual General Meeting.
2. Appointment of Yashlok Dubey, Practicing Company Secretary, as the scrutinizers for E-voting process.
