Source Natural Foods & Herbal Supplements announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, have discussed the items on agenda and have taken following decisions:The resignation submitted by Digvijay Choudhari, independent, non-executive Director of the Company was accepted with immediate effect.
The related party transactions with Madhurya, Sumeru Ayurveda and Arvind Exports, the entities in which the Directors are interested were approved for a period commencing from 01 June 2014 to 31 May 2015 for an amount of Rs 75 lakhs. Rs 1 crore and Rs 1 crore respectively.
The Remuneration Committee was renamed as Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Investors' Grievances Committee was renamed as Stakeholders' Relationship Committee as per the requirements of Companies Act. 2013.
