SSK Lifestyles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 November 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Resignation of statutory auditors of the Company.
2. Recommending M/s. Ramaswamy Koteswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M V Sridhar Kumar and Y V Krishna Rao as additional directors of the Company.
4. Resignation of B V Bhaskara Krishna and J Nagabushana Rao as Directors of the Company.
5. Reconstitution of all Committees of the Board.
