Standard Surfactants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 January 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Secretarial Auditor pursuant of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 was appointed.
2. It was decided to file Form AOC-5 pursuant to Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 be filed with Registrar of Companies in respect of Company's unit.
