Star Ferro and Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following :1. The Board has constituted CSR Committee.
2. The name of the remuneration Committee has been changed to Nomination and remuneration Committee and Share Transfer cum Investor Grievance Committee to Stakeholder relationship Committee.
3. The Company has appointed Om Prakash Lohia as CFO of the Company and ratified his terms of appointment.
