Steel Strips Wheels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, have approved the followings:- Draft Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 for issuing upto 1,50,000 options convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, to eligible employees, subject to the approval of shareholders and other appropriate authorities, if required.
