Nirali Mehta has resigned as the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company wef from 01 November 2015.
2. Srashti Sharda has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. from 01 November 2015.
3. Sonal Singhal has resigned as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company wef from 10 November 2015.
