2. Approved the change in the registered office of the Company within the State.
3. Approved Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming EGM. 4. To determine the date for convening and holding an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company.
