2. Appointment of Neha Sarpal as Company Secretary of the Company.
3. Take note on disclosure of directorship of Viay Kumar Gupta and Mahesh Prasad Mehrotra, directors of the Company.
4. Composition of Risk Management Committee.
5. Re-constitution of the Composition of Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
