Board discussed and fixed the Date and Venue of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Date of 23rd Annual General Meeting is fixed on 30 September 2015.
2. Board approved the notice calling the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. Board fixed the cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting.
