The Board of Systematix Corporate Services at its meeting held on 09 March 2018 has approved the following -
1. To acquire equity shares of Systematix Ventures thereby making it as the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Systematix Corporate Services .
2. Appointment of Rakesh Mehta as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 09 March, 2018.
3. To make an investment of upto Rs. 15 crore in one or more entities.
