Tanfac Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015, inter alia, discussed the proposal of Issue of Non Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares on Private Placement basis.The Board advised the Company to work out the modalities and place it before the Board during the next Meeting to be held shortly.
