The Byke Hospitality announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 August 2016, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business:1. The Board has re-appointed Anil Patodia as the Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing General Meeting.
2. The Board noted the appointment of CS Neha Mankame as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to the resignation of Swati Gupta from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
