The Board has considered and taken on record, the commencement of Commercial Production in the expanded unit of the Company, situated at Village Sejiwaya Ghatabillod, Dist. Dhar, M. P.
2. Satish Mangal, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 01 June 2015.
