Tree House Education & Accessories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved:1. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2014-15, subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting.
2. Board has appointed Hardik Desai as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 May 2015.
