Vakharia Power Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, has appointed the following officials-1. Appointment of Priya Shah as Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company with effect from 01 March 2015. Further note that the Company has appointed Priya Shah as Compliance Officer under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement in place of Kalpesh K. Sanghavi.
2. Appointment of Kaplesh K. Sanghavi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 March 2015.
