Vantage Corporate Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 August 2015, have taken on records and approved the following business:1. Considered & Approved of Audited Annual Accounts, Directors' Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Auditors' Report and Annexures thereon for the financial year 2014-2015 after taking into account the impact of the Scheme of arrangement between Vantage Corporate Services (VCSL) and Vantage Knowledge Academy (VKAL) for the demerger and transfer of Education business Service undertaking of VCSL into VKAL duly sanctioned by the Hon'ble High court of Bombay vide its order dated 10 July 2015.
2. The Board of Directors has decided to hold its 24th Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2015 at LN College, Opp. Gen. Kariappa Flyover, Rajendra Nagar, Borivli (E), Mumbai - 400066, at 10.30 a.m.
