Vaswani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:1. Appointment of Satyawati Parashar as Non-executive Independent (Woman Director) was considered.
2. Re-appointment of Ravi Vaswani as Managing Director, Pramod Vaswani as Whole-time Director. Yashwant Vaswani as Whole-time Director and Sanjay Jadwani, Non-executive Independent Director was considered.
3. The Board has not recommended any dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.
