VCK Capital Market Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, transacted the following:- Koushik Ranjan Saha has given his resignation from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 02 February 2015. The Board has taken on record the same.
- Chandrani Bhattacharjee has been appointed as Company Secretary w.e.f. 02 February 2015. Chandrani Bhattacharjee will be the Compliance Officer pursuant to Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
- Shilpa Kampani has been appointed as the woman director of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015.
- Viji Aravamudhan Iyengar, director of the Company has given his resignation from the office of director w.e.f. 06 February 2015.
