Virtual Global Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has considered & approved the following businesses:1. The Board took note of the Technology Agreement of Quadrant Four Corporation and also reviewed other options and constituted a committee consisting of Managing Director, CEO, CFO and Company Secretary to review the options and authorized for finalizing the same and to be placed before the ensuing meeting.
2. Reviewed the operations and progress thereof in the States.
