VST Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 April 2015, has :1. Appointed Ramakrishna V. Addanki as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 April 2015 as British American Tobacco group nominee to hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting, in place of James Yamanaka who has submitted his resignation.
2. Re-appointed N. Sai Sankar as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 January 2016 to 27 November 2017 (both days inclusive) subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
