The Board has reviewed the business operations of the Company and takes the pride in announcing that the Company have generated revenue of Rs. 2,24,72,000/ as fees for providing Architectural Services to M/s. Vedarambh Properties LLP over a period of 1 year.
2. The Board has accepted the resignation of Ritwik Sheth from the post of Directorship of the Company.
3. The Board has accepted the resignation of Ravi Vaishnav from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
4. The Board has decided that Vipul Khona will look after the compliances of the Company until the appointment of suitable candidate.
