Zodiac Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015 has transacted the following -The Board has in-principally approved the merger/ proposed consolidation of Zodiac Ventures with its subsidiary Zodiac Developers.
Approved the appointment of Vipul Khona as CFO of the Company with immediate effect.
Approved the appointment of Avinash Agarwal as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
