Mayur Uniquoters has announced that at its extraordinary general meeting held on 22 March 2014, the member approved increase of authorised share capital from Rs 12 crore divided into 2.4 crore equity shares of Rs 5 each to Rs 25 crore divided into 5 crore equity shares of Rs 5 each.
