such other date as per the directives issued by the Govt. of india from time to time. The company already continues to partially operate its plants located at Panoli and Jambusar, Sterling SEZ to keep the essential
manufacturing activities on to ensure the global supply chain of crop protection products as the Company falls under the Essential Commodities and Services list, issued by Govt. of India.
