Pact Industries announced that Gurdeep Singh; Managing Director of the Company has submitted his resignation due to his other professional commitments in the board meeting held on 30 July 2015.The Company has accepted his resignation and the Board took note that Gurdeep Singh ceases to be director of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 30 July 2015.
