With effect from 27 March 2015
Photoquip India announced the resignation of Vimal J. Soni, Director of the Company, effective close of business hours on 26 March 2015.Further the Company also informed that the appointment of Anju Soni as a Woman Director in terms of amendment of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement and the Companies Act, 2013. Her appointment wiil be effective 27 March 2015.
