Under ESOS
Pidilite Industries announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 15 November 2014, has in accordance with the terms of ESOS-2012 Scheme, allotted 20,500 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each in the share capital of the Company for cash at par to the eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock option under ESOS-2012.
