Pipavav Defence & Offshore Engineering Company announced that Vice Admiral (Retd.) H.S. Malhi AVSM VSM has been appointed as Group President and Chief Executive Officer by Reliance Defence Systems, a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure and part of the Anil Ambani led Reliance Group.Upon completion of statutory formalities for Reliance Group's already announced acquisition of Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company, Vide Admiral Malhi will assume charge as Group President and CEO of the Company.
