Scheme becomes effect from 02 December 2019
Piramal Enterprises announced that subsequent to the NCLT approval of scheme of amalgamation of Piramal Phytocare with Piramal Enterprises, both companies filed certified true copies of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies on 02 December 2019.
