With effect from 13 February 2015
Plastiblends India announced that Shri Varun Satyanarayan Kabra has been appointed as an Additional Director w.e.f. 13 February 2015 in terms of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013.Further Ekta Anand Kabra has also been appointed as an Additional Director w.e.f. 13 February 2015.
Her appointment is made in compliance of Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
