From Madras Stock Exchange

Polaris Financial Technology announced that the Company has received a letter dated 12 June 2014 from Madras Stock Exchange requesting to Company, to voluntarily delist Company's Equity Shares from Madras Stock Exchange citing Circular dated 30 May 2012 from SEBI in respect of exit option to Stock Exchanges.
