Ponni Sugars (Erode) standalone net profit declines 13.08% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales decline 1.54% to Rs 62.46 crore

Net profit of Ponni Sugars (Erode) declined 13.08% to Rs 7.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 9.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 1.54% to Rs 62.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 63.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 17.07% to Rs 25.66 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 30.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 17.48% to Rs 256.23 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 310.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
