Prabhat Dairy announced that, pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Keyur Shah, Chief Financial Officer and Key managerial person of the company has resigned from his office and services of the company on 11 October 2015 which has become effective from the closing business hour of 11 December 2015Further, the Company has appointed Amit Gala as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company with effect from 12 December 2015
