Pradeep Metals announced that the Members in their Annual General Meeting held on 11 September 2015 have taken the following decision-- Members in the Annual General Meeting have approved payment of Dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2015, at the rate of 12% i.e. Re. 1.20/- per share on 17,270,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015, as recommended by the Board of Directors.
Further dividend will be paid on or before 10 October 2015.
