In view of COVID-19 pandemic
Praj Industries announced that in view of National Lock Down declared by Government of India to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and all stakeholders and to prevent & contain the spread of COVID-19, the company has decided to close its production operations at Sanaswadi (Pune), Kandla (Gujarat) and Wada (Mumbai) plants and also suspended project activities at various sites till further notice.The Company has also suspended operations at its R&D Unit I Praj Matrix - R&D Center at Gat No. 402, 403, 1098, Village Urwade, Tal. Mulshi, Dist. Pune and R&D Unit II at Shreenathnagar, Patethan, P.O. Rahu, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune 412 207, Maharashtra, India till further notice.
The duration of this shutdown will depend upon further pronouncement of Government Policies in this regard.
