Prithvi Softech announced that P. Delichand Jain and V. G. Venkatdri has resigned from the board w.e.f 16 January 2015.Further the board co-opted Anuradha, as (independent woman) additional director and Pavan Kumar as an additional director w.e.f. 16 January 2015.
