PTC India Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ajit Kumar, Director (Commercial & Operation, PTC) as nominee Director of PTC India on the Board of PTC India Financial Services.Further the Company has informed that, the Board has approved this by means of resolution by circulation on 15 June 2015.
