Through NCD issue subscribed by IFC
PTC India Financial Services has raised Rs 213.50 crore through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures - Series 4 by way of private placement. The debentures are redeemable over a period of 10 years. The issue has been fully subscribed by International Finance Corporation.
